Integrations & Permissions
How Click Track Analytics connects to the platforms you use, the access it requests and why, and how your data is handled.
Click Track Analytics is a revenue-attribution and reporting platform. It connects to the marketing, CRM, advertising, and analytics systems you already use and turns that data into unified reporting — showing which marketing produced leads, appointments, and revenue. This page describes how the integration works, the access it requests, and how your data is handled.
What the platform does
After you connect your accounts, the platform reads the relevant marketing and CRM records and produces dashboards and reports that tie activity back to real business outcomes. It answers one question well: which marketing is actually producing revenue?
It is a reporting and analytics layer on top of the systems you already own. It does not replace your CRM, ad accounts, or analytics tools — it unifies and interprets what they contain.
Connecting your account
Connecting uses a standard, secure authorization flow:
- Start the connection from the platform and choose the account you want to connect.
- Review the access being requested and approve it.
- The platform completes the authorization securely and begins syncing the data it needs for your reports.
Connections are made with your explicit consent, use scoped access tokens, and can be revoked at any time.
Permissions we request, and why
The platform requests the minimum access needed to produce your reporting, and nothing it does not use. Each category maps to a specific reporting purpose:
| Access | Why it is requested |
|---|---|
| Contacts | Match leads to the marketing channel that produced them, and write attribution details (source, channel) back so records reflect true origin. |
| Opportunities & pipelines | Measure revenue outcomes by source — connect marketing activity to booked and won revenue. |
| Custom fields & values | Read and store the attribution data that makes reporting accurate. |
| Tags | Label and segment records for reporting and mark records the platform has processed. |
| Conversations & messages | Attribute phone and text inquiries to their source and measure engagement. Message content is never used for advertising. |
| Calendars & appointments | Count booked appointments and consultations as conversions. |
| Media & brand assets | Display your logo and approved images in reports and creative previews. |
What the platform reads vs. changes
The platform is read-first. It reads your marketing and CRM data to build reports. Where it writes, it does so narrowly and transparently:
- Writes: attribution details (such as source and channel) and a marker indicating a record has been processed, so your system reflects accurate origin data.
- Does not: alter your contacts' core details, delete records, move deals, or send messages on your behalf.
Revoking access and uninstalling
You are always in control. Disconnect the integration or uninstall the app at any time. When you do, the platform stops accessing new data and deletes the associated access credentials. Associated data is deleted or de-identified within a commercially reasonable period, subject to any legal retention requirements.
Data handling and security
- Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
- Access is least-privilege, and each account's data is isolated from others'.
- We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for our own advertising.
- Access credentials are stored securely and removed when you disconnect.
For full detail, see our Privacy Policy.
Requirements
You need an administrator-level account on the platform(s) you want to connect, so you can authorize access. No code or engineering work is required to connect or use the reporting.
